“My car pushed required recall updates without any indication that it was coming and the next day or two the battery died and car is now showing a red light at charging port and is stuck in neutral. I only received 1/3 updates so I don’t know if that was also the issue. It was executed poorly and bricked my car. I have no idea how to unbrick it to life.”

NHTSA complaint #11646837, filed 2025-03

“After receiving the 2.2 OTA UPDATE, I have lost the Pedestrian warning sounds at low speeds which are required to pass State safety inspections in my state of NC. Without this function the vehicle can not be heard moving down the streets at slow speeds below 18mpg which is a Hazzard. Also the reverse function has lost the warning sound.”

NHTSA complaint #11658747, filed 2025-05

“All Fisker Ocean vehicles were supposed to receive a full 2.2 OS update. However, I received 2.2 (2/3) partial update. I have waited since end of 2024. No full update was ever pushed via OTA on my Fisker Ocean One. I'm the very first Fisker owner. The full 2.2 OS update will fix many software bugs which still exist on my vehicle today.”

NHTSA complaint #11661319, filed 2025-05

“Blinkers mal function, don’t work Car locks and you can’t get out ( I have to climb through the window Dash screen goes blank ( can’t see how fast you are going) Car goes into park at traffic light Door handles don’t retract or pop out Water pump recall not done Software up date not done I can go on and on Key fob battery dies every 20 days Car won’t go into gear”

NHTSA complaint #11642494, filed 2025-02

“There has been multiple recalls on this vehicle. I have not received any recall updates. Software updates were to be sent out to fix the braking situation. I continue to be on 2.0 for the last year, and I have had issues with my braking since buying the vehicle over a year ago. I have a braking warning lamp upon starting the car.”
