“The contact owns a dometic rm2852. The contact received a safety recall notice in march of 2007 and has been attempting to have the repair performed since that time. He stated that dometic keeps giving him the run around. Dometic refuses to send him the part, they will not agree to let someone else make the repair and reimburse him, and they will only make the repair if he sends the motorhome to an authorized dealer and there isn't one to send it. The contact stated that dometic keeps giving him the telephone number to repair people who will not come out to make the repair. …”
