“2002 Fleetwood Fiesta 26y headlight lenses has become cloudy and yellowish color. The headlamp lenses had become yellowed and cloudy which reduced the ability of the lamps to properly illuminate the road under nighttime driving conditions. Despite the requirement that the manufacturer must fix, at no cost to the owner, a safety-related defect existed in the vehicle or item of the vehicle equipment, Fleetwood enterprises,the manufacturer refused to do so.
