The contact was not notified of NHTSA campaign number: 06e076000 (equipment), but stated that the power supply failed to function, the refrigerator leaked fluid, and toxic fumes entered the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an unknown dealer who refused to provide the remedy for the recall unless the contact signed a waiver. The refrigerator was not repaired. When the refrigerator was on, the contact noticed toxic fumes. The manufacturer was notified and provided no solution. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was not applicable.”
