“The contact owns a 1999 Fleetwood Wilderness. The contact received a recall notice from ford for the vehicle speed control in august of 2007. He called ford in january of 2008 and was informed that they had no idea when the part would be available for the recall repair. There had been no failure to date. The recall number was unknown. The current mileage was 100,000.”
