“We were having trouble with the deadbolt on the motorhome off and on and had to use the chassis doors to exit and enter the vehicle. On this particular day we were heading for the beaches in yorktown. Once we arrived we tried to exit the coach and were unable to unlock the deadbolt and the regular lock, so we had to bring everything over the chassis seats to exit the vehicle.”
