“The contact owns a 2014 Ford E-450 equipped with michelin ltx m/s tires, size: lt225/75 r16. While driving 45 MPH, the rear passenger side tire tread separated. The contact pulled over and contacted roadside assistance. The contact stated that the tread on the tire separated on two other occasions within the same month. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failures. The vehicle and tire failure mileage was 12,500.”
