“We purchased the car new in July 2020. ON May 28 2022. My daughter did not see a stop sign. She broadsided an on coming pickup. The cross lane alert did not sound .. The pre collision braking system did not activate. lucky no one was serious injured. Both vehicles are totaled Ford did have a recall on 25,000 vehicles over pre-Collision breaking not working in 2020. My vehicle was not one of them.”
