“The contact owns a 2022 Ford Ecosport. The contact stated that while at a stop, the brake pedal was depressed when the vehicle inadvertently lunged forward. Due to the failure, the vehicle crashed into the side of her daughter’s house. No warning lights were illuminated. The contact stated that the air bags failed to deploy. No injuries were sustained. No medical attention was required. A police report was not filed. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic but was not diagnosed. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure. …”
