“One of the anchor points for car seats in the 3rd row fell off when we tried to attach a car seat to the anchor point. We have owned the vehicle since 2022 and have not tried to use that anchor until now. There was no damage to the vehicle to cause this.”

This is a huge safety concern, knowing that these connectors can snap off, when we use them to secure our children.”
