NHTSA complaint #10121843, filed 2005-05, 72,535 miles“I just have a question and this may not be where I need to be but if not could you direct me in the correct direction? I purchased a used pick up from rainier nissan but not at their site in centrailia. They came to yakima for a 3 or 4 day sale. I purshased a 3/4 ton pick up. I didn't notice til later that there was no spare tire or spare tire rack. They were both gone along with the electrical plug in. One of the guys I dealt with sent another guy out to check that it had a spare and a jack and he didn't say anything to the contrary when he returned. What are my rights? …”
