“The contact owns a 2007 Ford f-650. The contact stated that while driving 35 MPH, the axle seized without warning. The contact was able to maintain control of the vehicle. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure who did not offer any assistance since the vehicle was not included in campaign id number: 07v238000 (power train:axle assembly). The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not available. The failure and the current mileage was 42,300.”
