“I feel there is a safety defect in the model of the 2009 Ford FLEX with a dvd system. When the monitor is in use there's an obstruction of view for the driver. It is quite difficult to see out of the rear view mirror when the monitor is in use. I have tried adjusting the driver seat and I can not find a position where there is not an obstruction of view for the driver.”

“Several complaints: first the A/C makes a popping noise when turned on. It works fine as of now though. Second, drivers side 2nd row seat will not fold down 99% of the time. It's stuck somehow. Third, gas light no longer works. Fourth is the biggy. Car is overheating due to radiator fan's no longer working. It runs hot when idling or moving at a slow pace. This has happened multiple times during the hot, summer months of 90*+ and I have a two and a four year old. …”

“The contact owns a 2009 Ford FLEX. The contact stated that the navigation system in his vehicle makes a high pitched noise when changing the controls. The dealer replaced the power amplifier, but the failure still persists. The failure occurred intermittently and could not be duplicated at the dealer. The failure mileage was 4,200 and current mileage was 9,000.”
