2008: “Car experienced a clutch failure with less than 19,000 miles on the car. Failure occurred when trying to merge with high speed traffic. Clutch simply lost its connection with the rear wheels and the engine speed had no effect. Resulting in a complete loss of power and almost caused me to be rear ended by traffic. Quick maneuvering by me allowed me to escape an accident.”
