“This was rental car from hertz, that had only 2000 miles at time of rental, on feb 2, 1997. I complained about the tires to hertz the first day of rental because the tires could barely drive when the ground was wet. I had an accident on march 9, 1997 and the police report reflects that the accident was due to damaged tires which were firestones. I wrote Ford to report the tires in 1997 and 1998 to every board director with a response of to not write them again, still have copies. I wrote the vp of hertz and was told that I change the tires and accuse me of lying and ignoring the police report. …”
