“While driving down road I went to adjust drivers seat up, heard clicking sound and seat would not go up. Stopped for red light and felt seat move in a slight rocking motion. When arrived at destination looked under seat and found a white plastic piece (broken) and a white ring that resembles a washer. I went to the nearest Ford dealership and requested service. Mechanic looked at car and looked up piece on computer. Can not replace just the broken piece the whole railing of seat has to be replaced at a quoted price of part at 62.10 an hr. Labor. …”
