Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“The vehicles passenger front seat reclining latch has malfunctioned and now the seat will no longer stay in a locked back position. The vehicle was not moving when this part was being used by a child to allow exit from the back seat. With the seat not being able to lock back it has now additionally created a lack of vision for the driver to look for oncoming vehicles through the passenger side mirror since the seat is always leaning forward.”
