“While driving 30-35 MPH consumer's vehicle was involved in a crash which resulted in the vehicle rolling four times. The car seat strap snapped while latched. The chest locking clip was replaced with locking mechanism which acted as a backup restraint. Upon impact, the air bags failed to deploy. .....also, shoulder belt failed.”
