“We (wife and I) are the owner of a 2022 Genesis GV70. The vehicle has had multiple dangerous incidents affecting steering and driver control. NHTSA complaint #11752125, filed 2026-07“The fuel pump was no longer connected, and the engine had a crack, with oil leaking, without an engine light coming on until the very end. Loss of steering control and inability to accelerate.”
NHTSA complaint #11771769, filed 2026-10“Lane keeping assist veers out of highway lane when an unlined entrance- exit appears. Vehicle is looking for the right line and swerves out of the lane to find it. Could cause a collision with an incoming vehicle. 2nd part the vehicle shimmies down the highway for the same reason when space between dashed lines appear. Constantly correcting itself. Solution would be a recall to reprogram all Hyundai and Genesis vehicles with lane following to only look at the left lines.”
