2015: “The issue started with my back hatch opening on its own at random times. Found out this was caused by water entering the lift switch. That problem lead to the battery eventually going bad and then the headlights being blown due the bad battery. Not sure how water got in the back hatch ruining the sensor but this is costing me about $1000 to fix.”
NHTSA complaint #11386658, filed 2021-01, 63,000 miles2013: “My car keeps popping up the 'service air bag' light. I have had it looked at several times. I was told that the connector needs to be cleaned. They have been cleaned but it keeps coming on. I see there was a recall for certain models but my car doesn't have any recalls currently. It will come on while sitting idle, driving, parker, doesn't matter. Help!”
NHTSA complaint #11388886, filed 2021-01, 82,000 miles2008: “There is a airbag notification that comes on also im having engine issues where my fuel runs out extremely fast without notice. I can drive less than 30 miles and my vehicle will be almost of empty from a full tank. It just happened out of nowhere. My friend also has the same vehicle and she is having the same issues with her car. I really need this fixed asap.”
