“I called michael Gmc, 3700 s carson, carson city nv to have a sticky accelerator pedal on my 1999 Gmc sierra pu repaired. I stated I knew of a TSB issued for this defect. I was told there was no TSB. I checked via the internet and found TSB #00-06-04-007a had been issued in jun 00. I have found a GM dealer who will repair this for me. But I think that hohl should not have refused to correct this problem under the TSB. Do I have any recours to hohl for misleading me?”
