Brakes: “Turned to look at car I though was going to pull out. Brakes did not stop the truck for the cars about 20 feet in front of me when I put them on it kept on going. This is the third time it happen. Was recalled on 12/29/05 for ABS sensors. Cleaned/lubed. Took to dealer , they said there was nothing wrong with the brakes . This was the first time I took it to them before the recall . My brother in law had the problem with brakes in his 1999 chevy truck.”

I have found a GM dealer who will repair this for me. But I think that hohl should not have refused to correct this problem under the TSB. Do I have any recours to hohl for misleading me?”
