“While driving at 65 MPH consumer almost collided with another vehicle. During this near collision a plastic seat retainer slide mechanism broke. This caused the seat to slide up until the consumer was on the dashboard. Manufacturer and dealer were notified of the problem. The manufacturer refused to give the consumer the number to the seat manufacturer so that he can get the part to repair the seat.”
