“The front shock absorbers on my 2018 Yukon denali are leaking. The car is 2 years old with approximately 67k miles. Gmc has the absorbers on back order as they are apparently being replaced frequently. I think the shock absorbers have design faults that assure they will need replacing well before the normal life of the product and therefore should be recalled and replaced with a better product. I contacted Gmc customer care and they offered to replace them for $1,450 plus tax which is not an adequate solution - they should replace them for free.”
