“Six (6) of the eight (8) internal wrenching bolts the hold the rotor section of the alternator system on my 2006 harley davidson Fxdwgi worked loose and two sheered off of the compensator drive assembly causing it to lock my rear wheel and start to send me to the side of the road due to rear wheel lock and a for sure crash into the ditch. I was however able to pull the clutch in and unlock the rear wheel thus regaining control of the motorcycle. I feel, a rider of lesser experience may well have been in a vary serious wreck ! …”
