“Only four months of owning a 2023 Accord Hybrid EX-L the drivers side mirror with BSI-blind spot information, no longer is viewable at highway speeds. The dealership is aware but they say there is nothing they can do about this. I was told by the dealer that this particular drivers side mirror is on a very long back order across the country. I was told some mirrors were replaced but the same issue is occurring. Everyone is waiting on Honda to come up with a solution. It’s a dangerous situation while attempting to change lanes on the highway and not be able to view out the drivers side!”

NHTSA complaint #11567423, filed 2024-01

“The contact owns a 2023 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving at 70 MPH, there was an abnormal sound coming from inside the vehicle. The contact stated that the sunroof had shattered. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, no cause for the failure was found. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 28,000.”

NHTSA complaint #11684590, filed 2025-09, 28,000 miles

“The contact owns a 2023 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while entering the vehicle, his wife noticed a vertical crack at the top right corner of the windshield. The contact inspected the windshield from the outside and there was no indentation of the glass around the crack that would indicate an impact on the windshield by road debris or any other hard object. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer or a glass shop. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,600.”
