“While driving on the highway, the skid plate of my vehicle suddenly detached and crumpled underneath the car, creating a loud scraping noise as it dragged along the road. All maintenance and service for the vehicle have been performed at Honda of Cleveland Heights. I am concerned that this incident may be the result of a design failure or an oversight during recent maintenance.”
