Electrical system: “I have a 2004 Honda cbr 1000rr. Well my speedometer is way off. It says I'm doing 38 when I'm doing 60. I've had everything checked out by 2 dealers. They says it's in the speedometer. And they said there was a recall for this year bike. I'd like to know what I can do to get this fixed. It worked fine but about 2 weeks ago is started doing this. So I don't know what to do.”
