Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“While checking the harness/tightening I pulled to check for any slack and I was able to pull the loose without using the harness release lever. I had my child get out of the seat to check. I’ve cleaned out around the lever and still have the same issue. Nothing has been taken apart or altered since this issue. Harness straps are in good condition and everything is connected as it should be.”

NHTSA complaint #11628744, filed 2024-12

“Purchased a brand new 2025 Honda Civic a few months ago. Vehicle was impacted by the high pressure full pump in December. I had to get my vehicle towed to a dealership, and after further diagnostic, they concluded it was related to the active recall on my car. Vehicle has been sitting untouched for 2 months now, and no remedy to fix my car. Extremely disappointed in Honda as I’m paying for a car that I can’t even drive.”

NHTSA complaint #11645217, filed 2025-02

“The floor of backseat is extremely wet, despite all windows and doors completely shut at all times. When I accelerate and brake hear a slushing sound and braking to slow down causes my car to rattle and shake slightly.”

NHTSA complaint #11648524, filed 2025-03

“I was driving merging onto the freeway and my sunroof completely shattered, no car was in front of me so, nor was I driving under a bridge, it just completely shattered. Looking as if someone grabbed a hammer or punched it, I know a rock wouldn’t shatter it, maybe crack but no it shattered. The glass looks like it lifted too , not caved in , so almost as if there was too much pressure as well. Have seen similar cases , not sure if any have reported but yes I have seen similar issues occurring. …”

NHTSA complaint #11731968, filed 2026-04

“While driving, the steering wheel suddenly became stiff and difficult to turn, making it hard to control the vehicle. This happened unexpectedly and created a serious safety risk, as I could have lost control and caused an accident. At the same time, the braking response did not feel normal, which made the situation even more dangerous. This issue has occurred despite previous repair attempts, and the problem remains unresolved. I am very concerned about the safety of this vehicle and the risk it poses to myself and others on the road. No warning lights appeared before the issue happened.”
