“The key can fall out/be removed from the vehicle while it is running or traveling. This is extremely alarming. This the second time I have reported this issue. There was never any communication with me after the first complaint on 5/29/2018. I need help with this, and will keep escalating since this matter doesn't seem to be important enough for an investigation.”
