“I purchased a 2000 Honda Odyssey in september, 1999. At approximately 42,000 miles the transmission went out and it was replaced under warranty. No rental car was available from the dealership. Approximately 49,000 miles later the first replacement went out and it had to be replaced again...this time under warranty with a warning that I was getting a big break. Again, for 4 days I had to go without a vehicle. Now it's 45,000 miles later and the second replacement is also done...this time the car was dangerous to drive as the gears slipped and there was no power to accelerate. …”

Showed me the area in the front of the vehicle where the damage to the A/C condenser had occurred. The service tech informed me that the result was most likely from a rock or similar object striking the condenser. …”

NHTSA complaint #10184739, filed 2007-03

“I have a 2000 Honda Odyssey lx. The cup holder in the rear seat does not hold the cup properly and often falls off. This has caused beverage spill on the persons in the car at that time. At least two of the spills were from hot beverage. I have reported this to the manufacturer but they say that it is not a recall. Interestingly they have changed the cup holders in their newer models.”
