“The contact owns a 2019 Honda Pilot. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to the dealer to be repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V932000 (Structure, Latches/Locks/Linkages). The contact stated that the hood was not latching properly. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and the dealer stated that the vehicle needed to be taken to the Collision Center. The vehicle was taken to the Collision Center and the hood was replaced; however, not all the needed parts were available. The vehicle was not completely repaired. …”
