“Side-wall blew out of tire while traveling at approximately 55-60mph on normal, paved road. No debris was hit at the time of failure and there was no known history of striking debris with the sidewall. Tire had approximately 16,000 miles on it (65,000 mile tires) and had been rotated twice since purchase.”
