“The contact owns a 2002 Honda vtx 1800. The contact stated that while driving approximately 40 MPH, the vehicle stalled. After inspecting the vehicle, the contact noticed that the crank shaft had fractured. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for diagnosis. The mechanic stated that the crank shaft would have to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 9,000.”
