“I was traveling on a south outer road where the speed limit was 35 miles per hr. I drive a Hyundai Accent 2005 and this 1995 dodge ram pickup failed to make a turn on the roadway and came in direct path of my car. But the impact was in the middle of my car toward the passenger side in which the impact dented my license plate in half and my air bag did not deploy at the impact . I had my seat belt on and I hit my head on the steering wheel , in which later on I had a bad headache and went to the emergency room and they said I had a mild whip lash. …”

“While driving on the interstate in perfect weather the car suddenly fishtailed and then flipped three times. The driver was thankfully uninjured but the airbags never deployed. In inspecting the car the rear wheels would not move so it was ruled that the brakes seized up. The brakes were not being used when this happened suddenly and out of the blue.”
