“Brought my car in for recall campaign number 13v-354, repair was made but there was some damage to rear passenger side rim and tire. I bought 4 new tires but the car rode with a vibration. Made an appointment to have it inspected and was told the problem was with the new tires. New tires were installed. Still have a vibration due to the damage to the rim which was a result of the recall and the local dealer has not addressed the situation. …”

While driving various speeds, the vehicle wobbled when making turns. The contact noticed that the rear driver's side wheel was protruding from the wheel well. The vehicle was towed to her home. The dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 121,000. The consumer stated was repaired out of pocket.”
