Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“I drove from palm springs, ca to santa monica, ca. My air conditioning was working fine. Two days later after driving around santa monica my air conditioner didn't work any longer. I drove back to palm springs and went to the dealer immediately. They diagnosed my car by friday, october 2,2012 and told me their was a hole in my condenser and it was not their fault. It was not covered by the warranty. Needless to say, I feel that either the grill or design is a defect and should not be charged. I take excellent care of my car and there has been no accidents.”
