2011: “My car at 58000 miles whenever I brake on slippery surface where ABS is activated my brake pedal goes nearly down to floor. And continuous for days going down nearly to floor on normal braking before brake pedal comes back up to normal level again. This has happened now every time ABS is activated. Dealer wants nearly $3000. To replace the ABS.”
NHTSA complaint #11298945, filed 2020-01, 58,000 miles2015: “Blind spot warning system is not operating. After having it checked and fixed, the warning is back after threw days. Looks like this is a well known issue that Hyundai does not want to repair or make better. After driving from a road trip on the interstate/highway, once I arrived to my destination, the bsd warning was displayed. No damage, and no collision.”
NHTSA complaint #11378460, filed 2020-12, 67,000 miles2013: “I've seen a lot of these cars and read about a lot of these cars with transmission problems I was sitting on a regular road in park my car slipped into reverse with no warning what so ever while the gear stick was still in drive I think these could have been built stronger or safer to avoid this and that was just one incident out of about 20 but that was by far the worst”
