2011: “On october 17, 2019, I dropped off my 2011 Hyundai Tucson at koon's woodbridge Hyundai to have the underbody corr. Prevent. Svc. 17-01-039 ' 945 - fixed. The dealer has now had my vehicle for over three months and is now refusing to install the replacement subframe (covered under warranty) unless I pay them $1500 for repairs related to the recall.”
NHTSA complaint #11390927, filed 2021-01, 160,000 miles2018: “Warning light on dashboard board goes on and off constantly indicating rear brake light needs attention. When warning light is on, brake light does not work. When warning light turns off, brake light works. This happens when car is on and constantly at random times even when I'm stationary. Also, when I'm stopped, car tugs like it wants to accelerate.”
NHTSA complaint #11413638, filed 2021-04, 38,900 miles2019: “Hyundai recall 195 possible fire due to corrosion in ABS system was issued over three months ago. I've called 3 different dealers and as of yesterday they still do not have the parts to fix the problem. If this is a truly serious problem and I'm supposed to park my care outside then why aren't the replacement parts available. This is unacceptable to me”
