“Vibration at speeds of 64/65mph and up. Not sure if driveshaft or transmission. Hyundai has issued a TSB but will not honor it. I have asked 2x for dealer service dept. To evaluate this problem. They said they do not have to honor this TSB. I have seen on forums others are having same problem with cars made in december 2019. It is painful to drive on the highway and I do not know if it is the driveshaft, will it break? Will the transmission fail? …”
NHTSA complaint #11360790, filed 2020-09, 77 miles“My vehicle has what appears to be a major alignment issue. When driving on almost any straight stretch of road the vehicle pulls/veers to the right. Dealer says this is as designed from Hyundai and that they have checked everything . I am baffled that any car can be designed to not drive straight. They claim all Hyundai vehicles are designed to pull to the right. One the test drive with the service manager, driving 50 - 60 MPH, my vehicle drifted 1 and a half lanes to the right on its own. Under acceleration it veered 3 lanes to the right. This was in a matter of 6 or 7 seconds. …”

It seems to have gotten progressively worse and now feeling vibrating in the steering wheel and brake pedal. There is no vibrating while stationary.”
NHTSA complaint #11244752, filed 2019-08, 10 miles“Oil consumption causing hesitation and near-stalling. Hard shifting as well. These issues led to dangerous situations where I was afraid to drive the vehicle and feared for my family's safety. Also had a failed A/C compressor which i had to replace out of pocket. These things shouldn't be happening on a 4 year old vehicle.”
NHTSA complaint #11649942, filed 2025-03“I purchased a new 2020 Hyundai Palisade SEL. When I only had 47,683 miles I had my rear shocks replaced for the third time. Poor handling, and noise when the shocks fail. The shocks needing replaced was confirmed by the dealer service department. No warning lamps or messages were displayed.”
