Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“The vehicle was in a significant crash which smashed in the front end and popped both front tires during which the airbags did not deploy. The vehicle is available until the insurance company moves it to salvage. Since the airbag did not deploy my fiance suffered a concussion from hitting the steering wheel. The problem has not been investigated by anyone other than insurance. No warnings of system problems were on prior to the failure to our knowledge.”
