“Shortly after I purchased the vehicle, used from carmax, the lighting on the steering wheel stopped turning on and would randomly come on while driving, usually after about 10-15 minutes and while turning. . It no longer comes on at all and none of the steering wheel buttons work anymore either, nor does my horn.”

“The fan switch for the HVAC quit working, so I took the climate control module off to see what the problem was and noticed the switch itself was melted and burned, as if there was a fire and/or the voltage is too high. This is a severe fire hazard and should be looked into immediately. I am not the only person having this issue.”

“4 times I have hit a pothole or a bump on the road and have had a loud bang , the car jerks violently and then the wipers came on - one time I had the loud bang the car jerked violently the wipers came on and the car went into neutral. The combination of the suspension, tires and rims make this car very dangerous on roads that have any kind of potholes or bumps. Please help.”
