“Went to start car and depressed push start button and the car would not start. A yellow key symbol and red car symbol with a key inside appeared in the dash, but no other lights in the dash came on, nor did the radio. Contacted the dealer and attempted to put the key in the slot, change the key fob battery and jumpstart the car, but the car would not start. Towed the car to the dealership and they informed me that the steering lock assembly was bad and needed to be replaced.”

Once I replaced them I noticed I still had the light and mileage issues. I did some research and found out you need to reprogram the sensors at a dealership after replacement. I scheduled an appointment at Infiniti of Akron and they reprogrammed them. I left and a couple hours of driving later the acceleration is worse and mileage is bad. The engine light comes back on. I call back they check my ECU and said I was missing an update. …”
