“Rear-end collision. Result: death of driver in car hit - 2005 Infiniti G35 2door. Spare tire assembly had been changed for this model year. Factory installed bolt securing spare was too short. On collision spare tire launched by impact through the rear seat striking and killing driver. Subsequent model(so had longer bolts or different bolt structure.(details unknown) VIN is available at nissan; car was totaled. Owner was driving.”
