“I have 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan. Driver's seat rocked back-and-forth. Took it to Infiniti dealer who stated that the driver's seat frame assembly had separated due to faulty weld joints! Dealer stated that the driver's seat frame assembly seat was not covered by any warranty or recall. Dealer also stated that if I didn't pay the $1,100.00 to have the driver's seat frame assembly replaced and I was in any kind of car accident, the faulty driver's seat frame assembly would cause the seat to become completely detached from the car and cause the seat to be thrown about inside the car. …”
