“I was traveling at around 25mph on broadway street in san francisco when all of a sudden I felt my car start to swerve on it's own. I steered to correct it but my steering wheel was completely disconnected it felt like. All I could do was hit my brakes as quickly as I could but I ended up crashing into a parked vehicle. My steering wheel had no weight and turned freely while the front wheels had no movement whatsoever. I couldn't even reverse so had to wait for the tow truck to come and pull me away from the vehicle I collided with. …”
