“The passenger side airbag light comes, indicating that airbag is off, on when there is a passenger in the seat. I went to the dealer two times and was told that there is nothing wrong with the functioning of the airbag system. This issue occurs when my wife (who weighs 130 pounds) is sitting in the seat. We were told by the master technician that she is too small of a person to bear the force of the airbag and that it was safer for her without the airbag.”
NHTSA complaint #10532882, filed 2013-07, 34,000 miles“When parked, the driver seat could not be adjusted. The back of driver seat went totally back and could not be returned to an upright position. There was a risk in driving the car.”

I understand there was a previous recall for the previous years, but not for 2010 models. In speaking with other Infiniti owners, I understand this is a common issue with the G37. Why has there not been a recall issued?”
