“I purchased a new Infiniti g37x sedan in the beginning of july 2011. Each time I refill the car at gas station, the pump just stops filling after only a couple of seconds. Each refill was done by bypass the pressure sensor built in the pump and by guessing how many gallon can be filled in the tank, blindly, even though it doesn't like a life threat issue, if the fuel did overflow, it would result in a gas station in fire.”
NHTSA complaint #10414801, filed 2011-07, 300 miles“My wife was pulling into her parking spot at work with her foot on the brake when the car suddenly lurched forward. She clearly remembers braking as normal when parking and had witnesses standing within 15 feet that noticed the sound of the brakes and the brake lights lit. My wife's head hit and cracked the windshield. In addition to head injuries, she has whiplash and other injuries. The front bumper was badly damaged along with fluids leaking from the engine. The air bags never deployed.”
NHTSA complaint #10639003, filed 2014-09, 12,000 miles“Coming to any situation where I need to change lanes or enter a road . Trying to excel and press the gas pedal the car sort of bogs out and slows you or pulled back. Making it a danger , fatal possibly. You excellent on the gas paddle for both situations I've talked about here, and most cars excellent when you press the gas. The 2011 infinity g37 does not. It slows and pulls you back creating a detrimental situation”
NHTSA complaint #11463567, filed 2022-05“The car has a massive delay when you press on the gas , a few times almost causing an accident for me. I've seen others have this problem also. Is infiniti going to fix this deadly problem”
