“When driving my car when I am at a certain speed whether 60 or above on the highway, when I start to decelerate the car starts to shake. It is often as I drive daily. The FCW is constantly coming on saying manufacturer failure check manual. Also since I cannot update my maps as the disc is no longer made I use a car play. The music always cuts out”
NHTSA complaint #11749353, filed 2026-07“The vehicle on at least 4 occasions has stopped accelerating when driving the vehicle (first time I believe was fall 2021, this last time was Spring 2022). Most of the times that the issue was noticed, the car was was moving at slower speeds (35 or less). The engine remained running but pressing on the gas pedal didn't make the vehicle increase it's speed. The first time it did this we took it to the dealership to inspect. They could not replicate the issue and they said that no error codes showed up. We left with no repairs or answers. It happened 2 more times after that. …”
NHTSA complaint #11458867, filed 2022-03“The brakes will go to the floor on its own and won’t stop and almost rear ended vehicles or ran lights due to not being able to stop. The brake issue has been reproduced and noted on service records. I am a 100% disabled veteran that requires a mobility scooter for mobility and appointments. The other issue is the vehicle will loose power anywhere and anytime and has to be towed in by AAA to the Infiniti dealership every time and they say the issue cannot be reproduced and I have gone thru their complaint system and they are in the process of sending technicians to finally look at the vehicle. …”
