“The contact owns a 2017 Infiniti QX60. While operating the vehicle during the daytime, the backup camera display was very dim and blurry. While driving at night, the camera display was too dark to view images on the screen. The vehicle was taken to faulkner Infiniti (1510 easton rd, willow grove, pa) where it was determined that the back up camera was operating normally and no failure was found. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 1,500.”
